To uphold the highest educational standards across all regions, AFS reserves the right to monitor active sessions.

  • Unannounced Observations: AFS management or the CEO reserves the right to join live classes at any time without prior notice to observe teaching quality, professionalism, and student interaction.
  • Observations serve strictly as a quality control mechanism to protect the educational standard provided to students.

5.2 Daily Class Link Sharing

Tutors must provide structured notes, worksheets, and resources following each class via the AFS portal or group chats. All materials must be original, accurate, and professional.

6.3 Mandatory Free MCQs & Progress Tests

Tutors are required to conduct 2 to 3 MCQ-based progress tests per student (free of cost) through the AFS website. Test results must be logged and shared with parents and AFS management to evaluate growth.

7. Student Success & Well-being

  • No Guarantee of Results: AFS does not guarantee exam grades or marks, as student performance depends on consistent effort, parental support, and personal aptitude.

  • Treat every child with kindness, empathy, and patience.
