• Transparency: Clear communication regarding tuition fees, schedule policies, and expectations.

Every student is entitled to a free 2-day demo trial with their selected tutor — completely free with no advance commitment required.

How It Works:

• Select a qualified tutor from our verified faculty listing.
• Attend 2 live demo sessions (one session per day) to evaluate the tutor's methodology.
• Decide if the teacher's style aligns with your child's learning needs.

After the Demo Period:

Upon completing the demo trial and choosing to proceed, parents and students agree to follow AFS terms regarding fee payments, punctuality, ethics, and session schedules.

We prioritize student satisfaction. If you encounter any issues with your tutor, follow this resolution workflow:

5.1 Active Participation & Conduct

• Attend all scheduled classes regularly and on time.
• Participate actively in lessons and complete assigned homework or quizzes.
• Treat tutors and AFS staff with respect, good manners, and professional courtesy.
• Ensure students maintain appropriate digital decorum during live sessions.

5.2 Technical Requirements

• Maintain a stable internet connection for seamless video and audio streaming.
• Ensure access to a computer, laptop, or tablet equipped with a working camera and microphone.
• Provide a quiet, distraction-free environment for learning.

5.3 Session Cancellations

Provide at least 24 hours' advance notice for any class cancellation. Cancellations without notice may result in the session being counted as completed.

• Your tutor's personal contact details are private and provided solely for educational coordination.
• You must not share tutor contact details externally or use them for non-educational purposes.
• Keep all communications focused strictly on academic subjects and scheduling.
• Student data is protected under our strict Privacy Policy and will not be shared with unauthorized third parties.

7.1 Direct Messaging & Resources

Students can message tutors via the website or designated group chats for academic queries, notes, and study resources. Tutors are expected to respond within 24 hours.

7.2 Regular Updates & MCQs

Students receive access to free practice MCQs, test series, scholarship announcements, and educational resources directly through the AFS platform.

• Free Registration: Account creation on AFS Virtual Tutor Hub is 100% free with zero hidden platform charges.
• Direct Tuition Fee: Fees are agreed upon between the parent/student and the tutor. AFS charges no extra commission to parents.
• Payment Schedule: Fees are collected monthly in advance via Easypaisa, JazzCash, or direct Bank Transfer as guided by AFS Management.
• Late Payment: Payments delayed by more than 7 days from the due date may lead to session suspension.

Maintain a regular timetable to ensure continuous academic progress. Rescheduling requests require a 24-hour advance notice and are subject to teacher availability.

We strictly enforce platform integrity and student-teacher safety.

All tutors undergo strict background checks. Parents are encouraged to observe online classes periodically to monitor safety and engagement. Any safety concern should be reported immediately to AFS Management.

• No Guarantee of Results: AFS does not guarantee specific exam marks or grades, as student outcomes depend on individual student effort and practice.
• Governing Law: These terms are governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan.
